I created Sunshine Asset Management Group out of a deep understanding of the growing gap between operators and owners’ needs. Having senior experience in both settings, I saw how misalignment between operator goals—focusing on GOP and above—and owner goals—everything from product upkeep, positioning and everything below GOP for sustainability and growth – was creating serious challenges.
There is no strategic long-term planning where both parties are aligned for the full project cycle, from development to operation to disposition. That’s why I founded Sunshine—to be the bridge between owners and operators, ensuring optimization throughout the full engagement cycle and building sustainable, relevant portfolios over time.
