Irfan Sharief leads the company’s vision and strategic direction. Drawing on over 30 years of experience in operations and finance within globally recognized hospitality brands like Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Irfan established the company with a clear purpose: to address the gap between hotel owners and operators and provide tailored solutions that drive superior asset performance. His focus is on delivering measurable results, enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing the long-term value of hospitality assets. rfan’s extensive background helped him identify a key opportunity in the market to bridge the misalignment between owners and operators, Irfan founded Sunshine Asset Management Group to help clients optimize performance, increase profitability, and align goals across all stakeholders. Irfan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University (USA) and an M.B.A. in Revenue and Asset Management from Glion University (Switzerland).

With 29 years of experience in hotel development, investment, and asset management, Nathalia J Wilson is a recognized leader in the hospitality industry. Holding a Master’s in Professional Accounting and a Business Degree in Hospitality Management, she has worked across seven countries, including Hong Kong, Japan, and the UAE.
As Senior Vice President, Nathalia specializes in hotel investments, asset management, rebranding, feasibility studies, and strategic planning. She has led major projects for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Savills Asia Pacific, and Goldman Sachs Realty Japan, driving profitability and operational efficiency
With a hands-on approach and deep market expertise, Nathalia ensures sustainable growth and competitive positioning for the properties she oversees, making a lasting impact on the global hospitality industry.

With 15 years of global experience in hospitality finance and asset management, Albert Venter has worked across diverse markets, including South Africa, Germany, and the Middle East. He is an expert in strategic financial oversight, leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence to optimize asset performance. At Sunshine Asset Management Group, Albert is responsible for providing high-level financial direction, conducting in-depth market analyses, and developing solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and profitability for our clients. Albert holds a Bachelor of Accounting.
His experience and leadership allow him to deliver tailored strategies that drive sustainable growth, improve financial health, and maximize the value of hospitality assets.
